At O’LINEN LUX, we offer select products through pre-orders and limited-edition releases. Please review the following cancellation terms before completing your purchase.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not entered production, preparation, or fulfillment.

After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be declined if production or fulfillment has begun.

Limited-Edition and Made-to-Order Products

Limited-edition, personalized, and made-to-order purchases are final sale once production or fulfillment begins. Cancellation requests made before that point will be reviewed according to the applicable product terms.

Payment Terms

Payment is collected at checkout unless a different payment schedule is clearly displayed and accepted during purchase.

Order Changes

Requests to change an order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Changes are subject to availability and order status.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
